William "Billy" Joseph Koch

William J. Koch, age 62 of Otsego, passed away peacefully at his residence on December 1, 2025.

Billy enjoyed spending time with his son, fishing on the Mississippi River, and sadly passed away before the Vikings won the Super Bowl.

Preceded in death by his first wife, Dawn; his parents, Donald and Ruth; and his brother, Mark.

Survived by his son, Donovan Koch; his brothers and sister, Tom (Sue), Cathy Koch, Kevin, Robert (Connie) and many nephews and nieces. Also survived by his faithful companion, Nacho.

Funeral service Friday, December 12, 2025 at 3:00 PM, with visitation beginning at 12:00 PM, at Dare’s Funeral Home of Elk River, MN. Private family burial at Saint Andrew Cemetery in Elk River.
