Age 62, of Ramsey. Passed away on July 25, 2020 at his home.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents; parents, Alden and Shirley Scheer.

Bill is survived by his wife of 36 years, Linda; children, Daniel (Sheila) Heiss and Marcie Heiss (Travis); grandchildren, Tyler, Jaydynn, Presten and Carsen; cousins and friends.
