Age 98, of Elk River. Passed away on February 1, 2025. Proud WWII U. S. Navy Veteran and lifetime member of the American Legion. Retired Truck Driver – Teamsters Local 544 (Franklyn Manufacturing), City of Dayton, and Ryder Trucks. Bill enjoyed camping, traveling, and dancing.
Preceded in death by his wife, Annie; daughter, Glenda (Larkin); son, Rodney; parents, Lillian and W. Glenn; brothers, Ken, Curt, Larry, and Truman; sister, Donna; great-grandson, Greyson.
Bill is survived by his son, Robert (Cindy); special friend, Flo; 9 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; 7 great-great-grandchildren; brother, Jerry (Shirley); sisters, Alice, Meurriel, and Gaynel (Al); sister-in-law, Jan; other family and friends.
Memorial service on Friday, May 2, 2025 at 11:00AM at Central Lutheran Church, 1103 School St NW, Elk River, with visitation starting at 10:00AM.
