Vernon Baune Obituary

Age 87, of Brooklyn Park, MN. Beloved husband, father and grandfather. Passed away Jan. 12, 2020 at his home in Brooklyn Park.

Vernon was born in Wabasso, MN. and graduated from Sandborn Public High School, he served in the Army from 1952-1954. Vernon married Ruth Buenger in 1962 and together they had 3 children, Tom, Brenda (Roger) LaBarre and Barbara (Todd) Hoffman. Also survived by grandchildren, Samantha, Justin and Nathan; great grandchildren, Evelyn and Archer; 8 brothers and sisters; other relatives and friends.

Preceded in death by parents and 2 sisters.

Memorial Mass Friday June 12, 2020 10:30 AM St. Andrews Catholic Church, 566 4th St. Elk River, MN.

Interment Ft. Snelling National Cemetery.
