Age 64, of Big Lake. Passed away peacefully at her home with family by her side on May 6, 2023. Beloved wife, mother, and grandmother. Worked 43+ loyal years at Cub Foods in Maple Grove.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Geraldine Burland; 4-legged buddies, Cody & Callie.
Valerie is survived by her husband of 40 years, Wally; son, Mike (Rachel Garner); daughter, Sarah (Tyler) Vogt, and their children, Makayla, Gavin, Mila, and Myles; brother, Brian Burland (Brenda Rachey); other family and friends.
Funeral service at 2:00 PM on Thursday, May 11, 2023 at Dare’s Funeral Home, 805 Main St, Elk River, with visitation starting at 12:30 PM.
