Twila (Lebak) O'Keefe

Age 87 of Elk River died unexpectedly on Wednesday, August 10, 2022, at St. Francis Hospital in Shakopee.

She was born September 17, 1934, in Mankato, the oldest child of Howard and Florence (Kegley) Lebak. Twila graduated from Elk River High School and was a longtime Elk River resident. She retired from Northwestern Bell and was a faithful and devoted member of the Catholic Church.

Twila is preceded in death by her parents, Howard and Florence Lebak; husbands, Charles Jaworski and Joseph O'Keefe; sister, Joan and two brothers, Michael and David.

She is survived by her children, Elizabeth, Joseph (Maria), Debi (Sean), and Tim (Becky); 12 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Peter and Timothy; along with many other friends and relatives. 

A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30AM on Wednesday, August 24, 2022 at the Church of Saint Andrew, 566 4TH Street NW  Elk River, MN, with visitation starting at 9:30AM.

Inurnment to follow at Saint Andrew Cemetery, 19300 Jackson St., NW Elk River, MN.
