Robert "Bob" Bennett Pederson

Robert “Bob” Pederson, 81 of Rogers, Minnesota, passed away October 8th, 2025, in the comfort of his home with his wife by his side after his battle with cancer.

He was born January 2nd, 1944, in Pelican Rapids, Mn to Randolph & Bernice Pederson.  His early years were spent in Pelican Rapids until the family moved to Casselton, ND.  This is where he met his wife of 57 years, Ramona.  They married on September 7th, 1968.

Bob worked several years farming and ranching in North Dakota until they relocated to Minnesota in 1980.  He then spent most of his years as a welder.

In his leisure time, Bob enjoyed spending time with his two sons working on cars and drag racing.  He also enjoyed spending time with family and cherishing his moments with his grandkids and great grandkids.

He is survived by his loving wife, Ramona (Hoggarth) Pederson; Sons Bradly (Pam) Pederson, Todd (Rachael) Pederson.  His grandchildren, Jeffrey Pederson, Kyle (Jessica) Mord, Abby (Luke) Sylvester, Jordan (Aleisha) Pederson, Jory Pederson, Zach (Bridget) Sherwood, Ezra Sherwood and Lydia (Eddie) Sherwood.  8 great grandchildren, 5 brothers and sisters along with nieces, nephews and several other family members.

Bob was preceded in death by his parents, Randy and Bernice, brother, Dale

A celebration of life will be held at Dare’s Funeral Home in Elk River, MN on Saturday October 25, 2025 at 1:00 PM, with a time of sharing at 2:00 PM.
