Richard "Dick" M. Wester

Richard (Dick) Milton Wester, age 76, a proud veteran of the Army, from Zimmerman, MN passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on November 30, 2023, after a 10 year battle with Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis. 

Born in Benson, MN, Dick lived his life in many cities including Anoka, Coon Rapids, Benson, Ogilvie, Elk River, and Zimmerman, MN. 

Preceded in death by father, Harold Wester; mother, Bessie Wester; and Sister, Nancy Dallman. 

Survived by wife, Linda (Klersy) Wester; children, Janel Vigstol and Dawn Spelios; grandchildren, Kayla Spelios, Kody Spelios, Madison (Connor) Hass, and Mackenzie Vigstol (Ryan); and several grandpuppies. 

Memorial service Saturday, December 9, 2023 11 AM with visitation starting at 10 AM all at Dare’s Funeral Home 805 Main St. NW Elk River, MN.
