Pamela Sue (Wirz) Beckman,

Age 66 of Nowthen, MN

Passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 17, 2024.

She was preceded in death by her parents Marvin and Suzanne (Thomas) Wirz. She is survived by her husband of 31 years, David Beckman; siblings Peggy (Jerry) Armstrong, Steven (Renee) Wirz, Patty Wirz, and Randy (Nikki) Wirz; nieces and nephews Ben, Ross, Rachel, Amanda, Andrew, Nick, and Zoey; other relatives and friends.

Pam served the community for over forty years as a Registered Nurse, caring for patients in different capacities. When she wasn’t caring for others, she could be found relaxing on the pontoon, spending time with family, cooking, quilting, or gardening.

Pam loved to travel. She made several trips to Florida, so she could soak up the warm sun, savor the ocean, and embrace the beach sand. She and David recently enjoyed a cruise to Alaska together.

Services will be held at St. John Lutheran Church in Elk River at 11AM with visitation 1 hour before service on Friday, October 25, 2024 there will also be a visitation the evening before (Thursday, October 24th) from 4-7PM at the Dare’s Funeral Home in Elk River. Interment will follow at Lakeview Cemetery in Nowthen, MN.
