Michael J. Klingler

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, May 30, 2025 at Mary of the Visitation Catholic Church in Big Lake, Minnesota at 11:00 AM for Michael Klingler, age 74, who passed away on May 23, 2025, at the St. Cloud Hospital. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church. Private interment to take place on a Monday at the Minnesota State Veterans Cemetery in Little Falls, MN. Luncheon to follow the service. 

Michael was born on October 7, 1950, to Joseph and Elizabeth (Lynch) Klingler in Winona, Minnesota. He loved fishing, going on afternoon drives, watching wildlife, camping, and having BBQ’s. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus for many years. He will be remembered for his strong-willed and easy-going nature. He will be missed dearly.

He is survived by his children; Allison Uphoff and Libby Bardwell; special friend; Phyllis; siblings, John, Peggy, Darlene (Larry) Kolles, and Joyce (Bob) Elliott; 6 grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, brother, Ed, and sister-in-law, Cheryl.
