Born in Kansas City MO on March 17, 1960 and lived in Elk River MN, formerly of Amery WI. Mark passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, December 20th, 2020 at the age of 60.

Mark graduated High School in Shakopee MN and held several custodial jobs in Minnesota and Wisconsin.

Mark is survived by his sister, Diane Narr; niece, Jennifer Narr Rodrigues and her husband Cesar; nephew, Rick Narr and his wife Megan and their families. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Joan Wiswall.
