Marcia (Dunn) Rotz

Age 79 of Ramsey, MN

Passed away peacefully on April 18, 2026. She was preceded in death by her parents Frank Dunn and Patricia Gill; children Tommy, and Sharlene Rotz; and siblings Mike, and Tom Dunn, and Tammy Brown. Surviving are Marcia’s husband of 57 years, John Rotz; children Mike, and Jim Rotz, and Shannon Kennedy; grandchildren Taylor, Amber and Madison; great-grandchild Xander; siblings Tim (Melissa) Dunn, Steve Dunn, and Jay (Carrie) Gill; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Marcia loved to plan and host parties, tend to her flower garden, read a good book, and looked forward to her monthly lunch dates with friends.

She was a woman who held a deep faith for Catholicism. She found comfort in her daily recitation of the rosary and other prayers.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, April 30, 2026 with visitation 1 hour prior to Mass at Christ Our Light Catholic Church,  11700 – 293rd Avenue NW, Princeton, MN. Additional visitation will be held from 4-7 PM on Wednesday, April 29, 2026 at Dare’s Funeral Home, 805 Main Street NW, Elk River, MN. Interment will take place in Saint Pius X Catholic Cemetery in Zimmerman.
