Passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 19, 2023 in Elk River, Minnesota. He was preceded in death by his mother Isabel Berroa; and brother Cristobal Berroa. Luis is survived by his loving family which includes his children Soribel Berroa, Oliver Berroa, Luis Emilio Berroa, and Isaac Emilio Berroa; he also has many beloved grandchildren. Graveside services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, April 29, 2023 at the St. Andrew’s Catholic Church Cemetery, 19300 Jackson Avenue, Elk River, MN. May God be with him always.
