Linda Marie (Sukke) Pargman

Linda Marie Pargman (Sukke) age 76, passed away January 7th, 2026

Linda was born on June 26, 1949, to Wayne and Angeline (Sulier) Sukke in Benson MN. She grew up there and graduated from Benson High School in 1967. Later obtaining her bachelor’s degree from Metro State University. Around that time, she married the love of her life Curtis Pargman on December 5th, 1970.

Linda truly wanted to help others and lived it by becoming the Lead Crisis Technician at Mercy Hospital in Coon Rapids. Working there for 25 years, she was deeply involved in the adolescence and adult mental health programs.

Linda had a passion for restoring and refinishing antiques for her business “Grandma P’s”. When she wasn’t working on those projects she could be found giving the neighborhood kids thrilling rides in Ruby, her Dodge Challenger or tending to the flowers in her garden. Once Linda retired, she spent much of her time traveling with Curtis around Europe and down to Florida. She enjoyed taking the great grandkids on memorable summer trips.

Linda will be missed and remembered by her husband Curtis; son Garrett; granddaughter Kendall (Caleb); great-grandchildren, Sophia (11), Coltyn (8), Scarlett (6), Clara (Little Linda – 5), Selah (3), Cheyanne (2), and Sosha (1); stepchildren Michael and Sheri Lyn; and brother Robert.

Linda is preceded in death by her parents Wayne and Angeline Sukke; brother Paul Sukke; and grandson Dallas.

A visitation will be taking place on Tuesday, January 13th, 2026 at Dare’s Funeral Home in Elk River, MN from 5:00-7:00PM. Burial will take place at a later date.
