Lee A. Wenum, age 82, formerly of Buffalo, MN. Passed away on November 4, 2023 in Robbinsdale, Minnesota.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Alfred Monroe and Ida Dena (Behm) Wenum; daughter, Valerie Wenum; daughter-in-law, Cyndie Wenum; sister-in-law, Cindy Wenum.
Lee is survived by his wife of 63 years, Rosemarie; sons, Chad and Ross; granddaughters, Lindsey and Josie; siblings, Doug Wenum and Pamela (John) Soderholm; other family and friends.
Throughout his life Lee was not only committed to his family but also to his many hobbies. To sports and cars when he was young, to coaching hockey for many years, to hunting and fishing, to farming multiple times, and again to cars late in his career. He also loved working on homes and was always working and remodeling his house or somebody else’s. Most of all Lee loved to be busy and loved to work, and no matter what he was working on he worked late into the night to get it done.
Lee had the opportunity to see most of his family and friends at Cyndie Wenum’s funeral last year, so only a small family service is planned.
