LaVerne A. Stone, 88, of Elk River, passed away Sun. evening, Mar. 29, 2020. A memorial service at Nowthen Alliance Church & burial at Lakeview Cemetery in Nowthen, MN will be scheduled at a later date. She is survived by her loving husband, Edwin of 69 yrs; daughters, Janyce (Bob) Thompson, Janelle (Mark) Kerr, Julie (Dennis) Hall and Jeannie (Kent) Murdock; sons, Robert (Cindy) Stone and Rod Stone; multiple grandchildren & great grandchildren as well as a twin sister & several siblings. Preceded in death by sons, Gailen (Linette) Stone and Daniel Stone. She delighted in blessing others through hospitality, her warm smile & her love for her Lord Jesus Christ. Arr.
