Judith A. (Konkel) Mark

A memorial service will be held on Friday, January 17, 2025, at 10:30 AM at Dare’s Funeral Home in Elk River, MN for Judith Ann Mark, age 82 of St. Michael, who passed away peacefully surrounded by family on December 14, 2024. Visitation will take place one hour prior to the service.

Judith was born on August 16, 1942, to Marion and Marcella (Ries) Konkel in Winona, Minnesota. Judith worked as a purchaser for 30 years and in her retirement, she worked as a service receptionist for Ford for over 8 years.

Judith enjoyed knitting, cooking, baking, going to the casino, hosting parties, and traveling the world with her husband and the “Ford people”. She was a loving wife, mother, sister, daughter, grandmother, and great-grandmother.  She will be remembered for her outgoing, kind, strong-willed and hardworking nature. She was a social butterfly that loved spending time with her friends. Above all she cherished the time spent with her family. She was a bright light in so many lives and will be missed dearly.

She is survived by her children, Chris (Cindy), Michelle (Jon) and Tim (Janell); 8 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, friends, and family. She is preceded in death by her husband John; parents and brother John Konkel.
