Jacqueline “Jackie” Rouillard, age 89. Passed away on June 7, 2020 from the Covid 19 virus causing a stoke which ultimately led to her peaceful death.
Born on January 12, 1931 in Minneapolis as one of nine children to Theodore and Irene Frane. She was born and died a natural beauty. Jackie attended Edison High School in Northeast Minneapolis and as a natural athlete participated in cheerleading and the women’s golf league which began her lifelong love of Golf as well as Tennis. She attended the University of Minnesota and began her career as a professional model which she continued throughout her life. She raised her family and lived in Rogers Minnesota for many years. As her age changed, her stunning looks did not. She worked and modeled for many retailers including Daytons, Cedrics, the shopping channels, Millers Jewelry and appeared in a variety of magazines over the years including a Mother of the Bride spread in Better Homes and Gardens. She was vibrant, friendly, independent, strong and always ready with a beautiful smile to greet and charm you. She believed in the value of finding fun, laughter and entertainment each and every day. She loved to read, play games and watch series, movies and laugh at quirky British comedies. She equally enjoyed world travels, walking at the Arboretum and family time on the Rum River. She was a classy spark of pure energy and she was admired by everyone she met. She had impeccable style and was always adorned with jewelry especially her favorite pearls. Her shopping excursions were epic including the required stop at Chicos. Her Catholic Faith was solid although she questioned the Lord on this last road of her life journey. But, in the end, he agreed to take her home on her terms. She got her own way as always!!
