Glenn C. Quist

Glenn Cameron Quist, age 73, was born in Minneapolis and lived most of his life in Elk River.

Preceded in death by father, “Bud” Quist, mother, Alice Quist, and brothers Mark, Craig and Bradley.

He is survived by Paula (Forsyth), wife of 53 years, son Rylan (Kire), granddaughter, Elle of Hudson, Wi., daughter Corinna (Hiro), grandson Kai of Minneapolis, mother-in-law June and many other cherished family members and friends.

He followed his passion for art and music and was happiest when sharing it with others. He leaves behind a legacy of creativity, kindness and a life lived authentically and with immense love. He will be sorely missed.

A remembrance gathering for Glenn will be held at Dare’s in Elk River from 10:30 am until 12:30 on June 27 with special tributes at noon. Lunch will follow next door at Elk River Lutheran Church.
