Age 72, of Zimmerman. Passed away at his home on February 7, 2025.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Wilburn and Irene Peel; sisters, Patricia Whiting and Catherine Dagel; brother, Steve Reimer; brother-in-law, James Quinehan; sister-in-law, Linda Peel.
Don is survived by his wife of 51 years, Debbie; children, Rhonda Wakulenko, Nolan Peel, and Brianna Peel (Ryan Laugerman); grandchildren, Haley Beyer, Lily Sibbet, Brooklyn Nicholson, Matthew Hendricks, Makayla Hendricks, and Malachi Hendricks; great-grandchildren, Joey, Hazel, and Spencer; siblings, Gary (Carol) Reimer, Jane Quinehan; Kent “Squeak” (Kathy) Peel, Kim “Pug” (Mary) Peel, Sandy (Dan) Croatt, Phillip Peel, and Debra (Steve) Barber; brothers-in-law, Robert Whiting and Gary Dagel; nieces, nephews, other family, and friends.
A Celebration of Don’s life will be from 2:00 – 4:00 PM on Saturday, March 1, 2025 at Dare’s Funeral Home, 805 Main St NW, Elk River, with Remembrances shared at 3:30 PM.
