Donald George Goerisch

Donald George Goerisch, stage name “the Donn“, age 69, passed away on August 17, 2025. He was born November 30, 1955 in Chicago Illinois.

He moved to Minnesota where he married his loving wife of 29 years, Beverly Goerisch. They resided in Osseo for many years and in 2019 moved to Big Lake with their beloved puppies, Poppy and Sally.

Don had a big personality and even bigger sense of humor. He spent time doing stand up comedy, performing and impersonating.  He had a love of horse races, playing cards and watching football. Don was still a loyal Chicago Bears fan.

He was preceded in death by his father, Phillip George Goerisch.

He was survived by his mother, Shirley Goerisch; his brothers, Phillip Goerisch and Mike Goerisch; his wife, Beverly Goerisch; sons, Nick Goerisch and Matt Goerisch (Amy, Jax, Annie, Tyler); Stepdaughters, Angela Friberg (Noah) and Amy Stoks (Greg, Gavin, Gabbi). 

He will be dearly missed.
