Dominic Daniel Stegora-Johnson

Dominic Daniel Stegora-Johnson, age 20 of Big Lake, passed away Thursday, April 4, 2024. He was born in St. Cloud on January 2, 2004.

Dominic attended Big Lake High School. He enjoyed his work at US Lumber and the bond he shared with his coworkers. His love for activities like dirt biking, wrestling, football, camping with his family and off-road adventures with his truck showed his adventurous spirit and zest for life. He always wanted to modify his trucks. Despite being shy, Dominic’s spunky nature brought a special energy to those lucky enough to know him so well.

He is preceded in death by his aunt, Amy Johnson; and grandparents, Delores Johnson, William Johnson, Artilda Stegora, Stan Stegora, and Mary Burg.

Dominic is survived by his mom, Stacy Stegora-Baken; dad, Jess Johnson-Putney; siblings, Paige Stegora, Derek Stegora-Johnson, Destany Cooper, Lydia Johnson, Tristan Johnson; nieces and nephews, Brady, Braden and Mya McKay; grandparents, Tom Stegora, Deborah Johnson, Colleen Lancaster; beloved dog, Buddy; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, family and friends.

Visitation will be held Thursday, April 11, 2024 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at Dare's Funeral Home, 805 Main St NW, Elk River, MN. Funeral service will be held Friday, April 12, 2024 at 11:00 AM at Dare's Funeral Home, 805 Main St NW, Elk River, MN. Burial following at Blue Mound Cemetery in Blue Hill Township.

A celebration of Dominics life will be right after his funeral at the Zimmerman Civic Building, 25860 Main Street, Zimmerman, MN 55398
