Charles "Mike" Michael Dziuk

Charles “Mike” Dziuk, age 79 of Elk River, passed away Friday, August 18, 2023. He was born December 14, 1943 in Monticello, MN, the son of Charles and Laura (Freer) Dziuk.

Mike graduated from Elk River High School in 1961. He honorably served our country and was a proud Air Force Veteran. After being in the service, Mike furthered his education at the University of Minnesota. He worked as a medical technician for many years at St. Mary’s Hospital. He was always willing to work and willing to help others. He enjoyed farming, hunting, and spending time with nature. His great sense of humor, and kind and gentle personality will be missed by many.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Laura Dziuk; brother, Perry Dziuk; and sister-in-law, Pearl Dziuk.

Mike is survived by his sons, Jeremy Dziuk and Jayson Dziuk; granddaughter, Sundara Dziuk; former spouse, Midge Dziuk; brothers, Larry Dziuk, John (Cheryl) Dziuk; sister-in-law, Connie Dziuk; and many other family and friends.

A memorial service will be held Sunday, August 27, 2023 at 12:30 PM, with visitation beginning at 11:00 AM, at Dare’s Funeral Home, 805 Main Street NW, Elk River, MN. Burial following at St. Andrew’s Cemetery in Elk River, MN.
