Carolyn Ann (Adams) Bickman

Carolyn Ann Bickman, age 77 of Elk River, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Wednesday, May 20, 2026. She was born in Fort Knox, Kentucky on November 7, 1948 to Henry and Geraldine (Bolles) Adams Jr.

Carolyn enjoyed many things throughout life, including painting, fishing, spending time at her cabin, and her family; but her greatest passion in life was owning and operating her flower shop, County Classic Foral in Elk River for many years. She had a creative touch that brought happiness to all her customers. She had a big, loving, personality with the perfect touch of spiciness. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Patrick Bickman; infant son, Patrick; and parents, Henry and Geraldine Adams Jr.

Carolyn is survived by her daughters, Donna Schubert (Cory Heidenreich); Debbie (Sean) Workman; grandchildren, Xann Bickman (Tony Mulvany); Shawn (Shelby) Schubert, Heather Gonzalez; great-grandchildren, Daniel (Sommer) Bickman, Joseph Mulvany, Timothy Schubert, Brooklyn Schubert, Kyle (Angel) Mulvany, Mahki Koehler, Oscar Gonzalez, Ivanna Gonzalez, Angel Gonzalez, Blanca Gonzalez; great-great-grandchildren, Weston Mulvany, Kinslee Mulvany; brothers, Robert (Carol) Adams, Julius Adams; and many nieces, nephews, family and friends.

A celebration of life will be held Friday, May 29, 2026 from 3:00 to 6:00 PM at Dare’s Funeral Home, 805 Main St NW, Elk River, MN.
