Brett Peter Lies

In loving memory of Brett P. Lies, who passed away unexpectedly on January 19, 2024. Born on July 30, 1967, in New Rockford, ND, Brett grew up in Kansas City, with summers spent in North Dakota. He is survived by his mother Gwen Mehrer, father Peter, siblings Dion (Paula), Nicholl Ransom, Andrea Lies, Jean (John) Schuster, Daniel (Ashley), and several nieces and nephews. Brett, preceded by his brother Raymond and nephew Mason, leaves behind his loving partner LouAnn Brovick and her children and grandchildren. Making the Twin Cities his home for over 23 years, Brett cherished traveling with family and treasured moments with his grandchildren. Funeral Service 3PM, Saturday, May 11, at Dare's Funeral Home (805 Main St. NW, Elk River). Visitation beginning at 2PM, Saturday, May 11, at Funeral Home.
