Angela A. (Edwards) Schleper

A visitation will be held on Friday, November 7, 2025, from 4:00 PM -7:00 PM with a celebration of life at 6:00 PM at Dare’s Funeral Home for Angela Anne Schleper (Edwards) age 61, of Elk River, MN, who passed away peacefully at her home on October 14, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. Following the service, all are welcome to gather and continue celebrating Angie’s memory at Broadway Pizza in Elk River.

Angie was born on April 9, 1964, in Coon Rapids, MN, to Gregory and Agnes (Lasser) Edwards. She met the love of her life, Brian, and they were married on September 19, 1980. Together they built a beautiful life and raised four children.

Angie enjoyed fishing, going to the cabin on Mille Lacs Lake, playing bingo, celebrating Christmas, and taking family trips to Disneyland and Disney World. She cherished being a grandma and loved attending her grandchildren’s sporting events and spending time with them every chance she could.

Angie will be remembered for her caring, loving, dependable, strong-willed, and selfless nature. Above all, she truly adored her family and every moment spent with them. She will be missed dearly and remembered as a bright light in so many lives.

Angie is survived by her loving husband of 45 years, Brian; her children Amy (Jeff), Jeremy (Kelly), Sam (Mike), and Zach (Mackenzie); and her beloved grandchildren Baylee, Bennett, Bryson, Jacob, Katelyn, Elsie, Olive, Adalynn, and William.

She is preceded in death by her parents.
