Age 49, passed away on June 27, 2019.

Tracy was born on July 16, 1969 at Riverside Hospital in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Throughout her life, she lived in the Anoka/Coon Rapids area.

She is preceded in death by her Grandpa & Grandma Nielsen and Grandpa & Grandma Richards; uncle, Robert “Buck” Nielsen; cousin, Joyce Herbert; and Sam Stanley.

Tracy is survived by children, Derek Mueller and Amber Mueller; mother, Patricia (Lloyd) Okeson; father, Dale Nielsen; grandson, Silas Kalk; brother, Todd Nielsen; other family and friends.

A Celebration of Tracy’s life will be from 6:00-8:00PM on Wednesday, July 3, 2019, with Remembrances starting at 6:30PM, at Dare’s Funeral Home, 805 Main Street NW, Elk River.
