Age 76, of Anoka, on July 6, 2019.
Preceded in death by his wife, Betty Paugh Schnittger.
John is survived by sons, John L., Oceanside, CA, and Richard A., Haleiwa, HI; four grandchildren: Cassidy, Skyler, Eli and Hannah.
John was a long-time small business owner in Maryland and later in Texas and, upon moving to Minnesota from West Virginia, settled in the Elk River area and became a member of Knights of Columbus Council No. 05296.
Mass of Christian burial will be at 10:30AM on Tuesday, July 30, 2019 at the Church of the Epiphany, 1900 111th Ave NW, Coon Rapids, Minnesota 55433, with visitation starting at 9:30AM.
Interment will be at Church of the Epiphany Cemetery.
